we charge $200 an hour for commercial troubleshooting with a $400 charge for the first two hour. after the second hour, you are billed $200 an our in 15 minute increments.

your troubleshooting fee overs diagnosing and troubleshooting, some minor repair, not major repairs or materials. materials are billed at the end of your visit or the next day. don’t worry, our electricians will not fix anything or add charges without speaking to you.

our teams will work hard to get you an estimate quickly, depending on the scope of work, we can make repairs the same day -but in some cases, for more complex repairs, we have to schedule you. since most major repairs are considered an emergency, we make you a priority.

your troubleshooting fee does not go towards repairs as it is considered labor and an expense. consultation fees do go towards repaired if we are hired within 30 days.
