when making a purchase, your price match request must be in advance via email, of your quote and or deposit being made. tell us about the lower price that is still in effect that you want our office to price match. we will then review and verify the price match request. a price match request after a purchase, deposit or approval cannot be requested and will not be honored.

•the prices of retailers and dealers that cannot deliver and install with the same speediness as us. delivery and install date must be listed.

•the prices of retailers such as sams or costco.

•products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers that are not licensed contractors.

•pricing only available to select groups of customers including membership program members, loyalty offers, discounts relating to non-warehouse membership or paid loyalty programs and government exchange store offers.

items included in bundle offers, subscription services, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, point of sale activation cards, video game discounts related to a membership program, and voice-only deals, whether offered by us or a qualified competitor.

no- we do not match the prices of warehouse clubs (this includes any retailer that requires a membership for best pricing or access to offers)

no. we reserve the right to refuse a price match for any reason at any time.

no. due to the differences and level of services being performed, we do not match competitors’ service prices. this includes, but is not limited to, services such as maintenance agreements, troubleshooting and commercial repairs.

sometimes a qualified competitor will advertise a product in ads and on its website as having limited quantities in stock. if the item is out of stock or the qualified competitor has advertised limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. likewise, if we have a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.

no. we do not price match "free gift with purchase" offers. this includes free gift card with purchase offers.

no. we do not match financing offers, or financing offers that differ between our shops and competitors or our financing partners. but you can buy a product, get a price match, and still use our low or no interest financing plans on your original purchase. we also do not price match to a qualified competitors' price that can only be received when using the qualified competitor's credit card.

we do not match qualified competitors' coupons. also, customers can either use a coupon or price match to a lower price, but not both. we do not allow a coupon to be used on a product that has a price match.

we match the pre-tax price. we do not take sales tax into consideration for price match purposes. we will not override sales tax to match a qualified competitor’s price.

how do i show "proof" of price?

no. items in a liquidation or going out of business sale are clearance items. clearance items are excluded from the price match guarantee.

we may run tests of the price match guarantee in select locations and may amend these terms at any time.

you must submit a written proposal with:

an unedited quote

competitor name and logo

contact info

full scope and quantities

date of delivery and install must be comparable.

it must be a professional quote, in writing. it cannot be a text message, social media message, etc,

the proposal must be dated within 30 days and must be for the exact services, at the same property address and it must be sent in whole where all content is legible. there may not be any modifications made to it.

we reserve the right to refuse a price match and or service to anyone, at anytime.

price matches will not be considered once an estimate is issued.
