whether you need a quote to get you to the closing table, actual improvements a re-wire or panel upgrade, we want to help you. as of may 2021, we no longer provide free estimates for inspection reports. we charge a consultation fee and if we are awarded the project, we apply a portion of the fee to the project. if you are part of a brokerage we have a partnership with and we do repeat business with you, you are encouraged to call in a favor if you are under a time crunch or need the fee waived. thank you for considering arc electric + lighting for your electrician, lighting and generator needs.
in-person- inspection report estimates
we can provide an in person estimate based off your inspection report and an in person walkthrough for a fee of $350. the standard fee offers your estimate within 3-5 business days. this option provides an in-person 50 min visit to review the items in the report only. a portion of the fee of ($150) can be applied to the estimate if all of the work is approved within a 30 day window from the date of the estimate. if your option period ends before the 3-5 business day window, we do have an expedited option where it will be sent to you within 1-2 business days for an additional fee.
digital inspection report estimates
we can provide an estimate based off your inspection report for a fee of $150. the standard fee offers your estimate within 3-5 business days. this option provides no in person visit. a portion of the fee ($100) can be applied to the estimate if all of the work is approved within a 30 day window from the date of the estimate. if your option period ends before the 3-5 business day window, we do have an expedited option where it will be sent to you within 1-2 business days for an additional fee.
in-person- inspection
we can provide a full in person electrical inspection with a walkthrough for a fee of $650. the standard fee offers your inspection results within 3-5 business days. this option provides an in-person 3-4 hour visit visit to inspect the home or business for electrical issues. this inspection does not include an estimate for repair, you can have 0ne added for an additional $75 and if repairs are awarded to us, we apply the $75 if within 30 days. we do have an expedited option where it will be sent to you within 1-2 business days for an additional fee.
