  • we offer full turn-key installation.

    turn-key means we do it all. from the initial consultation, the final startup, we will take care of the entire project. you can expect updates on each phase of your installation.

    turnkey installation includes:

    state certified electricians & plumbers

    permitting as required

    code compliant design and installation

    copper wire (never aluminum)

    we also prefer underground installations instead of surface mount. underground increases labor, but it does not compromise the aestehtic of your home. if cost is your determining factor, we can always do surface mount, but it is not our preferred method. it is however what cheaper installers do.

  • we offer full turn key installation and sales, service, maintenance, repair and financing.

  • all appointments require a $75 booking fee to secure your date and time. if you hire arc electric for your project, your $75 booking fee goes towards your project.

    note, we price-match, so if you have a bid from a competitor, email it to info@arccypress.com. nine times out of ten, we can install much sooner.

    if you do not hire us, the fee is nonrefundable and kept for time and travel. if you miss your appointment, a new fee is required when you book again if you elect to do so. all appointments are a three hour window. so a technician will arrive within three hours of the time slot you choose.

    please plan accordingly. when booking an estimate or consultation, your time-slot is for just that. we cannot guarantee the work will be done the same day. (unless for troubleshooting, in which case you should book troubleshooting, not estimate/consultation)

  • we do offer financing on residential projects up to $250,000. financing is subject to standard credit approval. 0% APR promotional financing is available. click here to learn more

  • we accept credit cards, zelle, check, ach, bank transfer, venmo, square, paypal. we do not accept cash app or cash. // venmo @arccypress

  • we can install your back up generator sooner than most dealers.

    project completion is subject to team member schedules based at the time of your request. projects are assigned on a first come first serve basis, not based on project size or scope.

    if you already have a competitor bid, please email it to info@arccypress.com and we will try to price match it.

  • we do carry commercial liability insurance as required by the state of texas.

    we have the ability to obtain bonds as needed by project as well as increase our limits of coverage as we see fit.
