frequently asked questions

  • we proudly work with any public or private school, sports teams and or state/national recognized nonprofits.

  • affiliate payments are made within 90 days of final payment by the referred party. typically, we make quarterly disbursements.

  • we do have an affiliate agreement that outlines important things like when you get paid, what qualifies as a referral and the ways our logo can be used. it can be terminated at anytime by either party

  • we can provide marketing collateral and even email blasts to help you meet your goals but we typically need 30 days notice.

  • the short answer is yes. we do reserve the right to deny a request without disclosing the reason(s) for denial.

  • as of now, we offer referrals at a flat rate of $500 for generators and $100 for gemstone lighting. this program is always changing and we will keep you updated of new opportunities for revenue.

  • yes- we do however ask that you adhere to our marketing and brand guidelines that are sent to your team lead once the partnership is approved.

  • no. the program success is two fold, we both have a part in this. you will let your parents (if PTO) or followers/mailing list know you have this revenue channel and we will help track it. we cannot guarantee we will promote the partnership, but know that you will. we all agree to try our best and hopefully we can raise some money together.

  • no, not at all. again, we all do our best. our goal is to help you not place a burden on you. however, the more people know about our partnership, the more likely it is to be successful.

  • payments are made by check only and mailed to the address of record for your organization. they are NEVER made to an individual.

  • if we receive a chargeback for a project referred by you, you are responsible for refunding the affiliate payment made with respect to that project within 30 calendar days. failure to do so will result in immediate termination from the program and potential legal action.

  • a valid referral is reached when your lead 1) identifies you in advance of the estimate being done, 2) in advance of work being performed and 3) full payment is made. all three of these conditions must be met, there are no exceptions to this requirement.
