We will help maintain your system whether we installed it or not

❋ Reliability & Uptime

  • Catch issues early (moisture ingress, loose connectors, failing drivers, firmware bugs).

  • Avoid peak‑season outages and last‑minute emergency callouts.

❋ Extend asset life, lower total cost

  • Prevent corrosion that leads to costly fixture or wiring replacement.

  • Check Controllers and Panel

❋ Expert Facilitation Includes:

  • walk entire system for visual inspection

  • check controllers for functionality 

  • check voltage of system for consistent performance and color (primarily an issue on third party installs)

  • inspect all transitions and spit loom (for breakage, cracking, rodent intrusion)

  • check security of all tracks adhesion to property

  • ensure app and firmware is updated (if homeowner /business owner is available) 

  • test performance of system

❋ Does not include:

  • Cleaning the system, removing debris or pests (a dry-clean option is available at a cost per foot. please contact the office)

  • Repairs needed as a result of inspection or maintenance (we will determine if issue is warranty or not and advise accordingly) acts of God are not covered under warranty.

  • Tutorials on how to use the system (they are available at additional cost)

  • Any modification to the system or apps whatsoever

  • Any electrical work, any generator work or any consultation of any kind (must be booked separately)

 
Without PM:
Frequent emergency callouts, premature fixture/driver replacements, accelerated corrosion.
Unplanned downtime during events or holidays.
With PM:
Predictable service; fewer emergencies; extended component lifespans.

Annual Visits- 1 Visit Per Year

October or November

Scheduled automatically with at least one weeks notice so you can be home if you wish. This visit is intended to prepare you for the holiday season and ensure all is functioning properly.

Semi Annual Plan, 2 visits Per year

May/June October /November

Scheduled automatically with at least one weeks notice so you can be home if you wish. This visit is intended to prepare you for July 4th and then the holiday season and ensure all is functioning properly.

While we maintain, repair and inspect systems installed by third parties, we cannot and do not guarantee the performance and integrity of those systems - we can only do that for the systems installed by our teams. We will do out best to help you maintain your system but do not accept responsibility for it.

How It Works

  • Disclose your linear footage and whether or not you want an annual plan or a semi annual plan.

  • Once your plan is purchased, your visit is automatically scheduled -All Appointments are 3 hour windows. No one needs to be home.
