  • The battery is designed to undergo 3500 exchanges. Meaning that the battery has to fully drain and recharge 3500 times. If you had an outage for every day of the year, your battery will last approximately 9 ½ years.

  • All homes and business qualify - we will notify you If any electrical modifications or repairs are needed. This may happen on rare occasions if your panel is out of code, etc.

  • Your arc power pack (ESS) comes with a five-year factory warranty with unlimited hours.

    This warranty covers components of your ESS against defects in material or

    workmanship. It covers parts and labor charges for repair or replacement of defective

    parts and begins on the date of install by the original retail purchaser. The warranty is

    transferable to another owner during the warranty period through the manufacturer but any transfer will not extend the original length of the warranty.
